กำหนดว่ากรณีบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลบริจาคเงินหรือทรัพย์สินเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อสนับสนุนการศึกษานั้น จะต้องมีหลักเกณฑ์ดังต่อไปนี้
[/av_textblock] [av_textblock size=” av-medium-font-size=” av-small-font-size=” av-mini-font-size=” font_color=” color=” id=” custom_class=” template_class=” av_uid=’av-kbuhwdhp’ sc_version=’1.0′ admin_preview_bg=”] สิทธิบริจาคบุคคลธรรมดา จะบริจาคเป็นเงินได้อย่างเดียวถึงจะนำมาลดหย่อนภาษีได้ 2 เท่าของเงินที่จ่าย แต่ต้องไม่เกินร้อยละ 10 ของเงินได้ทั้งหมดที่ได้รับหลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายและค่าลดหย่อนอื่นตามกฎหมายแล้ว

สิทธิบริจาคนิติบุคคล จะบริจาคเป็นเงินหรือทรัพย์สินก็ได้ จะนำมาหักรายจ่ายได้ 2 เท่าของรายจ่ายที่จ่ายไป แต่ต้องไม่เกินร้อยละ 10 ของกำไรสุทธิก่อนหักรายจ่ายเพื่อการกุศลสาธารณะหรือเพื่อการสาธารณประโยชน์และเพื่อการศึกษาหรือการกีฬา

• เป็นการบริจาคในโครงการที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการเห็นชอบ

• เป็นการบริจาคให้แก่สถานศึกษาตามรายชื่อที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการประกาศกำหนด  (ตรวจสอบรายชื่อสถานศึกษาที่ร่วมโครงการ)

• เป็นการบริจาคเพื่อการจัดหา หรือจัดสร้างอาคาร อาคารพร้อมที่ดิน หรือที่ดินเพื่อประโยชน์ในทางศึกษา

• เป็นการบริจาคเพื่อการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์เพื่อการศึกษา แบบเรียนตำรา หนังสือทางวิชาการ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดจนวัสดุอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา (กรณีบริจาคเป็นคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ของคอมพิวเตอร์จะต้องเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน)

• ต้องมีหลักฐานจากสถานศึกษาที่พิสูจน์ได้ว่าค่าใช้จ่ายที่จ่ายไปนั้นเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อสนับสนุนการศึกษาตามโครงการที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการให้ความเห็นชอบ (มีใบเสร็จของสถานศึกษา)

เรากลับมาสำรวจกันดีกว่า ว่ารอบตัวเรามีคอมพิวเตอร์เก่าหรืออุปกรณ์ IT เก่า ที่เลิกใช้งานแล้วเก็บไว้ที่ไหนได้บ้าง

• มือถือเก่าที่เลิกใช้เก็บไว้ในตู้ ในลิ้นชัก ไม่กล้าทิ้ง ไม่กล้าขาย เพราะมีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอยู่ข้างใน
• เมื่อเปลี่ยนคอมพิวเตอร์ใหม่ คอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องเก่าหรือ Hard disk ที่มีข้อมูลจะทำลายอย่างไร กรณีขององค์กร คอมพิวเตอร์รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ IT อื่น ๆ ที่เลิกใช้ อาจจะเก็บไว้ในโกดัง เก็บไว้ในห้องเก็บของ เนื่องจากกังวลว่าการขายอาจทำให้ข้อมูลของบริษัทรั่วไหล หากทำลายก็กลัวเป็นขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

นอกจากจะไม่เป็นการทำลายสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการทิ้งแบบผิดๆ ให้เป็นการรีไซเคิลแบบถูกวิธีแล้ว ยังสามารถบริจาคให้กับโรงเรียน มูลนิธิ ฯลฯ

หรือหากคุณเป็นผู้เสียภาษีประจำปี ลองเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์เหล่านั้นมาเป็นเงินและนำเงินไปบริจาค ได้ลดหย่อน หรือ หักค่าใช้จ่ายได้เป็น 2 เท่า

พร้อมมั่นใจได้ว่าคอมพิวเตอร์เก่า อุปกรณ์ IT เก่าของคุณ ถูกจัดการอย่างถูกวิธีทั้งในเรื่องของการทำลายข้อมูลและการรีไซเคิล

นับเป็นเพิ่มมูลค่าสิ่งของให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด เป็นการให้ที่ได้ถึง 3 ต่อเลยทีเดียว
